Lane Smaka is an artist, welder and fabricator. They learned to weld at a trade school in Manhattan in 2011 and has since worked in various metal shops in New York, Portland and Tucson. They opened Smaka Metal LLC in 2024 which does a wide range of custom metal fabrication including interior/ exterior architectural ironwork, fences, gates, doors, furniture, decorative metal landscape features and metal sculpture.
